This page describes the surge product prototype — the click-through demonstration hosted at this address. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site is

A static, click-through prototype of the surge resident app: a fixed set of design screens you can step through. There is no account to create, no form that submits anywhere, and no connection to any live system. It exists so that people can see what the product will look like before it is finished.

What it collects from you: nothing

There is nothing here to sign into and nothing to submit. Specifically, this site:

sets no cookies;
uses no analytics, tag managers, pixels or other tracking;
stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage;
loads nothing from third parties. Every font, icon and photograph is served from this site itself, so opening this page does not tell any other company that you visited it.

What the hosting provider records

The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps ordinary web-server logs of requests made to it — typically the requesting IP address, the time, the file requested and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs exist so the service can be operated and kept secure. We do not use them to build a profile of visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else. Google processes them as our hosting provider, under Google's privacy policy.

The people in the screens are invented

Every name, unit number, amount, phone number, message and portrait shown inside the prototype is illustrative fiction, written for the demonstration. They are not real residents, and no customer or resident data of any kind is present on this site.

This policy covers this prototype site only. The surge product itself — the resident app and the management console — handles real personal data on behalf of the buildings that use it, and is governed by its own separate privacy policy and data processing terms. Nothing on this page describes that product.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through this site, because the site collects none.

Visibility

This is an unlisted link, served with instructions asking search engines not to index it. That is a courtesy, not a security control: anyone who has the address can open it.
